We are happy to supply boarding facilities for your guinea pigs and rabbits and will adhere to any requests/requirements that you may have. However, the following conditions apply to ALL animals left in our care.

We require all payments for boarding to be paid in full on arrival. Any additional costs that may occur, due to vets charges etc, will need to be paid before your animals are released from our care.

All animals left in our care will be given an initial check to ensure no obvious or apparant illnesses are present. Should we feel that an animal is not in good health then we have the right to refuse to allow them to stay with us. This is for the safety and wellbeing of our own animals as well as any others staying with us.

To help limit the amount of possible stress on the animals left in our care, we do request that the owner leaves a supply of the animals regular food with us. Should this not be possible or the supply left be insufficient then we will obviously feed them on our own regular food but take no liability in the event of health issues arising.

We accept no liability for the unlikely event that your animals should become ill or unfortunately die whilst in our care. Your animals are left entirely at your own risk with the reassurance that we are experienced keepers and breeders of rabbits and guinea pigs.

In the unlikely event that your animal should become ill then we shall attempt to contact you immediately and adhere to your wishes. Should we not be able to contact you then we shall consult our vet immediately. In the event that we need to take the animal to the vets then we shall do so with the following conditions:
• We will NOT charge for the time required to attempt to contact you or consulting the vets by telephone.
• We will NOT charge for transporting your animal to the vets.
• YOU will be liable for all costs incurred should your animal need medical attention. Full details and costs of any treatment will obviously be available to you.
• The animal will be treated using YOUR name and address.
• We will NOT charge for any additional time required to treat the animal on returning to our premises.
• If the animal was boarding with another in the same hutch then we will seperate them and YOU will be liable for the costs of the additional hutch.
• In the event that your animal should unfortunately die then we will attempt to contact you immediately and adhere to your wishes.

If you are unable to collect your animals on the due date then please contact us asap so we are aware of the situation. Any additional costs incurred for excess nights will be charged to you and payment will be required when the animals are collected before they are released from our care. If your animals are not collected then we will do all we feasibly can to contact you via the details you gave us. Should we be unable to contact you then we will hold onto the animals for 7 days and then rehome them.

All money given when purchasing any of our animals is put back into the care and welfare of our own guinea pigs and rabbits. We are only hobbyist breeders but do still have overheads such as food, bedding, hay, upkeep of hutches, toys, vets etc
